We are able to repair many of your computer issues remotely from our offices in Evesham, without having to visit your home. We connect our PC to your PC and with your permission take control of your PC to resolve your problems.
We can connect into your PC whenever you may need us, solving your issues and you are able to watch what is happening, which if you are interested, is a great learning exercise for you.
We are great believers in removing the mystery from Technology and educating people as we go along so they can be more able to help themselves in the future.

All we need is for you to have an internet connection so that we can connect to you.
The connection process takes around a minute to complete and once connected you can go and make a cup of tea or go about your normal business safe in the knowledge your PC is being attended to. |
How do I book my Appointment ?
Our online booking process is currently being commissioned, so in the meantime either call us directly to book an appointment, leaving full details of requirements if you get our Voice Mail system or alternatively contact us through the Contact us page on this website and again place your full details in the email. We will get back to you to confirm your appointment.
How Does it Work ?
At your chosen appointment time you will receive a call from your Whichonetobuy Technician who will give you an internet address to visit. Once there you will input the six figure pin code given to you by the technician. Once into the system you will be automatically be presented with a small applet which you should choose to accept. Acknowledge one more message and your technician will be connected to your PC.
On the Technician's computer he will be presented with an exact copy of your PC's screen contents as though he was sitting in front of your computer screen. As a final and further security measure you must authorise the technician to allow him to begin taking control of your PC.
If the problem or issue needs to be demonstrated, you can show or demonstrate the fault to your technician by simply operating your computer and the technician will see everything that happens.
From there it is entirely up to you what you do, you can sit-back, relax and watch the repair happen in front of your eyes - the technician will be happy to explain everything to you as he goes along. What is being done and why - for some people it is an ideal opportunity to learn. Alternatively, you could leave the technician to it and make a cup of tea and or go about your normal business. The decision is entirely yours.
What about Security ?
This method of connecting to your computer is extremely secure. Firstly you have to give permission before any connection can be made to your computer, secondly you can end the session at any time and thirdly all connections are made through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol of 256 bit strength. This cryptographic protocol is the standard on which sensitive transactions such as banking and private purchases take place.
To be precise the security schema uses SSL protocol now TLS AES256 encryption with SHA1 MAC.
Can you connect to my PC without my Authorisation ?
No we certainly cannot, we need your express permission and direct input on your PC to make connection and you always have complete control. For instance, you can instantly end the connection at any time in the support session by clicking the stop button in your customer control panel. You have full and complete ultimate control at every stage.
Is there a limit to the distance I can be located from you ?
No, as long as we both have internet connection, you can be anywhere in the world. We have done many calls now over the length of the UK and serviced British expatriate clients in Cyprus, Spain, Portugal and other countries.
